FX-150 version of pick and move crane uses four cylinder diesel engine of TATA to achieve 32 km traveling speed per hour on uniform surface of metalled road. This 14600 kg crane can lift 15 tons of weight and its hoist can attain 50 meters of line speed in every minute. The turning radius of its steering section is around 6.5 meters and its steering articulation is 45 degree. Hydraulic telescopic boom of this system possesses -3 degree to +62 degree luffing range. This material handling system has hoist safety brake, safety guard for its rear and front wheels and audio controlled over hoisting protection arrangement. Its electrical section is equipped with alternator, negative earth and battery.

Design Details:

FX-150 model is available with ROPS enclosed cabin with well furnished design and high front visibility factor, view mirror and reflector and other standard equipments. Its low center of gravity based safety characteristics ensure about its stable operation. This crane has 350 mm ground clearance for its trouble free movement on irregular ground surface. Pneumatically controlled parking brake, pneumatically driven hydraulic brakes and dual circuit brakes ensure its reliable operation. Its hydraulic section is regulated by intra vane or gear type central pump and the speed of this crane can be adjusted with its synchromesh type TATA transmission section. The hoist of this crane is managed by rope tensioner and hydraulilc motor.
