Acknowledged for its 980 nm toque rate at 1500 rpm speed, ALN 500 variant of loader is appreciated for its +/-11 degree rear axle oscillation angle and 35 degree +/-1 degree steering articulation level. It consists of 297 ltrs hydraulic and fuel tanks, 45 ltrs of transmission oil tank, 3010 mm wide bucket having 3 cubic meter storage capacity and spiral bevel gear equipped front fixed axle with high stress enduring capacity. Its Z bar based structure promotes better performance and optimum break out force at high speed. Featured with 7026 mm external rear wheel turning radius, this 16000 kg loader can also be accessed with rock bucket and coal bucket based design options.

Design Details of ALN 500 Wheel Loaders:

ALN 500 adopts 215 hp Cummins turbo charged direct injection type diesel engine. Its transmission section consists of power shift constant gear box with four reverse and four forward speed parameters. The centre joined frame steering section of this loader can withstand up to 10 Mpa system produced pressure. The offered loader has three different brakes that include air cutting regulated parking brake, oil disc type air controlled emergency brake and Caliper disc type service brake. The electrical section is driven by negative earth equipped 24V battery with directive current based mechanism. Its hydraulic section is equipped with gear pump having 16 Mpa system pressure enduring capacity. Noise insulated operator cabin with large viewing angle is well furnished with air conditioner and convenient to access instrument panel.
