ALN-300 version of wheel loaders adopts Z bar mechanism to improve its performance and to raise its break out force at minimal time. Featured with direct injection type Cummins 6BT5.9-C125 turbo charged 123 hp diesel engine with water cooled mechanism, this loader has up to 540 nm torque rate at 1400 rpm speed. This lifting equipment is equipped with 1.7 cubic meter bucket having 2430 mm width, solid hoses, compact shaped chassis, loader arm with rigid construction, 168 ltrs of fuel tank, 120 ltrs hydraulic tank and spiral bevel gear equipped front axle. It can achieve up to 3200 mm dump clearance level and its ground clearance capacity is 360 mm. This loader is capable of achieving up to +12 degree oscillation angle. Acoustically insulated operator cabin of this loader has large viewing angle, instrument panel and air conditioning facility for the optimum comfort of its operator. It requires only 11 seconds for elevating, lowering and dumping load.

ALN 300 Wheeled Loaders Design Details:

The transmission section of ALN-300 has reverse and forward speed adjusting parameters. Its center articulated ( 35 degree + 1 degree) steering section can endure up to 10 Mpa system generated pressure. This wheeled loader uses disc type parking brake, emergency oil disc brake and caliper disc brake. Negative current controlled electrical section of this loader is powered by 24v battery. The hydraulic section of this lifting system is managed by tandem gear pump with 16 Mpa pressure enduring capacity. Its outer rear wheel turning radius is 6000 mm and bucket outside navigation radius is 6470 mm. This loader uses 17.5 x 25-20 PR tire and its operating weight is 9970 kg.
