Crawler Crane ACX 750 with 75 ton of lifting capacity is known for its 230 ho rated power at 220 rpm speed. This lifting device is equipped with safety facilities like hoist safety brake, automatic swing lock, angle indicator for its boom and counter balance valve to name a few. This crane can cover up to 1.5 km per hour. Its 12 m to 57 m alloy steel boom contains 6 meter long bottom and top booms. The luffing angle of its boom ranges between 30 to 80 degree. The offset angle range of 9 m to 18 m long jib of this crane is 10 to 30 degree. Pendant ropes and alloy steel connectors and pins have been used to fasten its jib and boom. Three hook blocks of different weight are provided with this crane. Its electrical system consists of two batteries, LCD arrangement for viewing digital load, starter and other parts.

Design Details:

Crawler Crane ACX 750 uses water cooled Mahindra Navistar engine having 350 ltrs. of fuel tank. Its hydraulic section consists of piston type slew motor, travelling motor, auxiliary winch motor, 490 ltrs hydraulic oil tank, oil cooler and boom lifting motor. The hoisting section of this lifting system consists of counter balance valve and hydraulic motor for achieving 50 mtrs per minute line speed. The central hoist and auxiliary hoist of this crane are controlled via separate planetary reducer. Pinion gear and planetary reducer controlled slewing section enables this crane to rotate at 360 degree angle. This fully welded crane is made of metal plates having exceptional strength and it is installed on slew bearing. The under carriage section of this material handling system comprises of welded crawler side frame and H frame for its trouble free movement purpose. Its crawler track can be managed via shim plate and hydraulic jack. The steering of this section is managed via hydraulic system and its crawler drive is controlled through hydraulic motor. Its rubber pad mounted operator cabin is designed with accessories like rear view mirror, control lever, seat and others.
